Step 12x 1.5 inch x 1/8 inch x 3 feet aluminum
a. With the hacksaw, cut the 3/4 inch bar in half.
b. With the hacksaw, cut two 11 inch sections from the 1.5 inch Bar.

a. On a both end of the 3/4" bar, with a sharpie, mark a vertically centered point 3/8" and 1 1/8" in from the edge; bar
b. On both ends of the 1.5" bar, With a sharpie, mark a point 3/8" in from the edge, and 3/8" and 1 1/8" down from the top edge.
c. With a hammer and nail, mark the points (this will guide the drillbit)

a. Using a small (1/17" or 1/8") bit, drill out the holes

a. Expand the holes using a 1/4" bit
b. Repeat steps 2-4 for the second set of bars
Step 52x 1/2 inch Machine Screws
a. Using two 1/4" machine screws, connect one joint

a. Repeat step 5, attaching the second 3/4" aluminum bar to the 1.5"" bar

a. With a friend, bend the frame around your shoulders as shown
Step 83/4" pipe insulation
a. Slide the pipe insulation over the 3/4" bars and cut to length. Be sure to not cover up the screw holes

a. Drill a 3/4" hole in the center of the second 11" x 1.5" bar.
Step 103/4" internal diameter, 2" external diameter washer
a. Push the PVC end plug, the large washer, and the bar from step 9 together as shown.
Step 11Teflon tape
a. Cover the threads of one of the 1/2" PVC extenders with teflon tape.
b. Ensure that it fits snugly into the middle section of the T-Joint.
c. Lightly sand the inside of the middle section of the T-Joint. This will help prevent the connection from sliding apart.
Step 124x 1/2" PVC Extender
a. Connect all 5 PVC extenders together with the teflon on the end.

a. Screw the PVC extenders onto the end plug from step 10.
Step 144x 1/2 inch Machine Screws
a. Using four more machine screws, screw the unit from step 13 onto the rest of the frame. Ensure, the the rounded end of the screws faces in.
Step 15Pipe Insulation
a. Cut an 11.5" piece of pipe insulation, and zip-tie it to the inside of section that you just screwed on.
Step 16Pipe Frame From Johnny Lee's Design
a. On the pipe frame from Johnny Lee's design, sand the top 12" of the bottom beam with 60 grit sandpaper
b. Repeat with 150 grit. Notice that the bar is now shiny.
Step 172" Pipe Clamp
a. Slide the pipe-clamp and the T-Joint onto the pipe frame as shown.
b. Loop two zip-ties on opposite sides of the pipe clamp. The bungee cords will connect here.
Step 182x Adjustable Bungee Cords
a. Connect the bungee cords as shown.
b. Adjust the cord length so that the PVC T-joint sits about 6" below the metal T-joint.
